The three programs Timberwolf runs for independent pet retailers — Alpha Club for premium partners, Astro Frequent Buyer for everyday customer loyalty, and Trial Coupons for select Alpha Club members to drive in-store trial.

Alpha Club

The premium partnership tier — guaranteed margin, growth rebates, and free product.

  • Guaranteed 42% Margin: Discount off invoice.
  • Growth Incentive: 20% of growth dollars above the quarterly objective.
  • Q4 rebate doubles to 40% if the purchase objective is met in each of the four quarters.
  • Free Product: A free bale of 6 × 4 lb W&N dog or 6 × 2.2 lb W&N cat each quarter the objective is met.
  • 2026 line extensions: Unique new product line extensions in 2026 will further enhance growth incentive opportunities.

Trial Coupons — Select Alpha Club Members

A $5-$5-$5 Challenge Card sequence available to select Alpha Club members. Three coupons get the customer through their first three bags — built for in-store handout at the shelf.

  • Card 1 · First small bag for $5 (redemption value $15) — gets the customer to try Timberwolf the first time.
  • Card 2 · $5 off the next full bag — locks in the second purchase, the proof-of-difference moment.

  • Each customer fills in the recipe choice + date used on the back, so the retailer captures trial data.
