Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your Timberwolf purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return, exchange, or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns


Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.


Returns must include a valid order number or receipt.

Opened or partially used pet food items are not eligible for return but may qualify for a store credit or refund after review by our support team.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@timberwolfpet.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@timberwolfpet.com. We will promptly replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
