Wilderness Legends is formulated with fresh New Zealand lamb and fresh deep-sea cold-water salmon, whitefish and lamb meal, including our proprietary blend of herbs that simulates the natural food of a wolf in the wild.

This diet is complete and balanced, packed with premium proteins sourced from animals and essential omega-3 fatty acids, minimum 1.9 by weight, from salmon oil and flaxseed including EPA and DHA. High levels of digestible animal proteins promote to strengthen immune system and muscle growth. EPA benefits the heart and circulatory system by promoting healthy blood triglycerides and blood flow, also plays a role in reducing joint pain and inflammation. DHA is conducive to normal mental function, optimal memory and cognition development.

Each herb has a specific responsibility and purpose, these naturally sourced herbal ingredients promote a series of benefits，including reducing inflammation, improving digestion health, and boosting overall immunity.

We use nutritious fiber-rich lentils and peas to replace grains, they are very good sources of dietary fiber, B vitamins and minerals such as copper, phosphorus and manganese. Their high fiber content prevents blood sugar levels from rising rapidly after eating.

This diet is formulated with a combination of high-quality proteins from lamb meal, salmon meal, whitefish meal, fresh lamb, and fresh salmon, which provides a rich source of essential amino acids for dogs. The addition of lentils, and peas as well as chicken fat, dried pumpkin, and dried beets provide a balance of carbohydrates for sustained energy. The diet is also rich in beneficial fats from salmon oil, flaxseed, and lecithin which promote a shiny coat, healthy skin, and cognitive function.

The herbal blend of coriander, turmeric, basil, fenugreek, ground ginger, peppermint, and thyme, provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits to support a healthy immune system. The addition of kelp, brewer dried yeast, dehydrated alfalfa, and sweet potatoes provides a natural source of vitamins and minerals.

The vegetable blend of carrots, celery, beets, parsley, lettuce, watercress, and spinach provides additional vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants, which help to maintain overall health. The vitamin mix of vitamin E, niacin, B1, B5, A, B6, riboflavin, D3, biotin, B12, and folic acid, and chelated mineral mix of proteinates, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, and calcium provide essential nutrients for growth and development.
